About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Assistant at SKK Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests and staff.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests and staff.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and may be required to relocate to different areas of the facility.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • English language proficiency is required.
