Job Title: Project Leader NPD Fabrication

At BRP, we're looking for a skilled Project Leader to join our NPD Fabrication team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our manufacturing processes and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement manufacturing guidelines for chassis and welded parts
  • Optimize manufacturing costs and ensure the manufacturability of in-house components
  • Manage the Fab master schedule and progress report in SAP
  • Liaise with factories, engineering, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Inform management of risks and actions regarding projects
Requirements:
  • Technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the field
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing and transformation processes
  • Spoken and written English and French; Spanish an asset
  • Knowledge of CAD and CATIA; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to the US and Mexico
