Liquor Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandising and Sales: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select products for resale, and plan and execute sales promotions to drive sales growth.
- Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration, manage store budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license.
