Position Overview

As a Personal Care Assistant at Caroline FOH, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through dedicated support and care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Encourage and assist clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Manage laundry and care for household linens.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Deliver personal care tailored to individual client needs.
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities.
  • Prepare and serve healthy, nutritious meals.
Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

Community Support Initiatives
  • Engage in programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting youth employment.
