Digital Media Strategist

The Associate Director, Performance is a key strategic contributor who provides integrated digital media thought leadership, strategic, and data-driven recommendations. This role manages a team of interdisciplinary digital buyers (Search, Social, and Programmatic) across a comprehensive range of digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic digital media plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead a team of digital buyers to achieve performance marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform digital media investment decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Proven experience in digital media strategy and leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, including Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
