Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Liquidation Max Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their job expectations.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations, and staff performance, using data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management, team leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
