About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at DIGI Technologies International Inc. as a Systems Support Specialist. As an IT Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to computer networks, systems, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that clients and internal teams understand the solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent technical support.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents, ensuring that clients and internal teams are informed and updated throughout the process.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all technical support activities are conducted in accordance with company security and compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
