Job Title: Personal Care Aide

CraDea Manor INC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • CPR Certificate, Certificate of Conduct, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with seniors, individuals with Alzheimer's disease, or those with physical disabilities.
  • Knowledge of personal care and support techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
