Senior Vice President of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at COLD IRON TRUCK CENTER INC. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support business objectives and ensure effective use of company assets.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, leadership, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
