Regional Sales Director

As a key member of our sales team, the Senior Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer needs to ensure informed decision-making.
- Utilize our Salesforce CRM to manage sales data and ensure accurate information.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience or external sales position.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using a CRM.
