Job Title: Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • MS Office and Windows proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
