Position Overview

The Retail Operations Leader at Xentek plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail environment, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle cash management and oversee payroll processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to support employee growth.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and other relevant software is essential.
Work Environment
