About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asbestos Worker to join our team at Tony Asbestos & Removal Service ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely handling and removing asbestos-containing materials from various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with care and attention to safety protocols.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, taking care to minimize damage and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to strict safety procedures.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
Work Environment

As an Asbestos Worker, you can expect to work outdoors, at heights, and in potentially hazardous environments. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols to minimize risks.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in challenging conditions.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.

Own Tools and Equipment

You will be required to bring your own cellular phone to work, which will be used for communication and safety purposes.
