Produce Department Lead

Persia Foods is seeking a dedicated and organized Produce Department Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining a fresh and vibrant produce section.
As the Produce Department Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, provide guidance and training to a team of 3-4 individuals, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing waste.
- Product Presentation: Oversee the stocking of shelves and display areas, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized produce section that meets company standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, and implement best practices for product handling and storage.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a retail or grocery setting is preferred, along with a commitment to teamwork and operational efficiency.
