POSITION OVERVIEW

Within the Inventory Management division, the Back Office Support Analyst plays a crucial role in addressing business challenges that affect numerous users. The ideal candidate will be expected to acquire comprehensive knowledge of various inventory management software systems and leverage this understanding to tackle intricate business problems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support for Inventory Systems

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the inventory management system to effectively resolve identified issues and ensure timely, positive outcomes.
  • Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to users.
  • Recognize when issues require escalation or redirection to other teams, ensuring effective management and delegation of issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Inventory Management team to share insights and enhance processes.
  • Monitor frequently reported issues and create necessary communications and tools to proactively address user concerns.

  • Ability to respond to inquiries efficiently during high-demand periods.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of a Community College, Vocational, or Technical Diploma.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in identifying issues and diagnosing root causes swiftly.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand all facets of back office systems and apply knowledge to resolve identified challenges.
  • The successful candidate must exhibit strong customer service skills, including listening, empathy, and patience, alongside technical expertise.
  • Capable of managing workload effectively during peak times.
  • Ability to navigate issues in an unpredictable and unstructured environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to address complex issues promptly.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel.
