About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at CEC Entertainment Canada, ULC. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
