Procurement Specialist

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Procurement
- Source and procure high-quality materials and supplies from reputable vendors
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Verify stock availability and report discrepancies
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage purchasing budgets
- Verify invoices and ensure accurate payment
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
