About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing/margin guidelines and strategies within accepted corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Create and execute pricing/margin guidelines and strategies that align with our corporate standards.
  • Lead and Execute Responses to Bids/RFXs/Tenders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present advanced financial pricing models to senior sales and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop Financial Pricing Models: Design and implement complex financial pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Present to Senior Stakeholders: Effectively communicate pricing strategies and financial models to senior sales and executive teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to pricing challenges.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication of pricing strategies and financial models to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to develop pricing strategies that align with corporate goals.
