Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Service assigned book of business to deliver the highest level of client service and care
- Build positive relationships with colleagues to work on client renewals and new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed budgets by prospecting new business with other HUB divisions
- Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions
- Manage and collect accounts receivables
- Focus on continued professional development to enhance skills and abilities
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills
- People person with a focus on providing superior client service
