Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
  • Medication Dispensing: Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients, including the preparation and delivery of prescriptions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that medications and supplies are available to meet patient needs.
  • Financial Management: Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy, including budgeted sales and net contribution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all pharmacy operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license.
  • Experience: Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies and strong personal computing skills, including knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems.
