About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tandoori Eh. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
