About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at JV Homes. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to client and tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
