About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration: Manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
