Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Canature Processing Inc. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
- Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on inventory performance, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
