Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tutti Frutti Breakfast & Lunch. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff grow and succeed in their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Team Size: 3-4 people
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
