ABOUT THE POSITION

The A&D Sales Representative role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business ventures while cultivating relationships with significant industry stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
  • Achieve sales objectives by generating revenue from new clients through strategic outreach and networking initiatives.
  • Represent Eventscape Inc. at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking functions.
  • Quickly assess potential projects to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide insights on industry and market dynamics, identifying new avenues for growth.
  • Develop and present persuasive project proposals to attract new clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to enhance sales methodologies.
  • Broaden your technical expertise regarding material properties and applications to better assist clients.
  • Travel as necessary to foster client relationships, deliver presentations, and participate in networking activities.
  • Occasionally visit project sites during installations to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Support the internal team and respond to client inquiries effectively.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the architecture, design, or custom fabrication sectors.
  • Knowledge of industry terminology and practices relevant to architects, builders, designers, engineers, and developers.
  • A proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a positive and professional attitude.
  • A track record of success in sales and negotiation within the architectural sales domain.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating risks and opportunities in proposals.
  • A client-centric approach with effective networking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
