Job Summary

Cedhar Gestion inc is seeking a skilled Commissary Server to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Knowledge of electronic cash registers and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
