We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at NEW CITY PIZZA. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
As a Pizza Cook at NEW CITY PIZZA, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, and you must be able to work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
