Senior Manager of Third-Party Risk Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Issues and Incident Management team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of third-party risks and incidents that may impact our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective TPRM strategies and procedures to mitigate third-party risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of third-party incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity, Vendor Management, and GPS, to align vendor outreach and ensure effective risk management.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting on third-party incidents and TPRM issues, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide expert advice and counsel to stakeholders on TPRM matters, ensuring alignment with Scotiabank's risk appetite and risk culture.
- 6+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management.
- Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to TPRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
