About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Eminence Consulting Services. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop plans to meet them.
  • Talent Sourcing: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and review candidate inventories.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Job Offer Management: Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policy Administration: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Employee Onboarding: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with a focus on English language communication.
