As a Sales Manager at Reliance Home Comfort, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Your strategic leadership and execution will stimulate organic lead generation, while devising growth strategies for expansion into new geographical markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to a sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to efficiently identify, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 5-10 years of sales leadership in business-to-consumer sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
- Strong project management skills and flexibility to work in an evolving organization.
