About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Associate at Randy's Pizza and Donair. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate our cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter area, shelves, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
