About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Lead Auditor to join our Internal Audit team at NBC. As an IT Lead Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks associated with information security, disaster recovery, development cycles, IT incidents, and problems.
  • Audit Strategy Development: Establish audit strategies that leverage data analysis to assess compliance with internal policies and the effectiveness of controls, including automated controls.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote data analytics to team members, helping them use data throughout the engagement process.
  • Reporting and Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and contribute to the development of audit reports.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of around 15 professionals, reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit. Our team is known for its camaraderie, enthusiasm, and expertise. We work in a flexible environment that allows for growth, learning, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of experience.
  • IT Risk Audit Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT risks audit, IT risk management, information security, or consulting in these areas.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as ACL, Audit Exchange, IDEA, or SAS, and certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
