Job Overview

Join our team at Stephenson's Rental Services Inc as a Heavy Machinery Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the optimal performance of our heavy equipment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
Work Environment

This position is based in a non-smoking environment, ensuring a healthy workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance by adding or replacing hydraulic and transmission fluids.
  • Assist mechanics with various tasks as required.
  • Change engine oil and lubricate moving parts of heavy machinery.
  • Grease components such as booms, pulleys, and buckets.
  • Install replacement parts including mufflers, exhaust pipes, and shock absorbers.
  • Provide on-site maintenance services to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Repair and balance tires for heavy vehicles.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on various types of machinery.
