Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit, hire, and train construction staff to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects to ensure budget compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
