In-store Administrative Assistant

Your Role

As an integral part of our team at Maison Corbeil, the in-store administrative assistant serves as the primary liaison between our valued customers and the store. This position is crucial in ensuring that every customer enjoys a remarkable shopping experience, characterized by a warm welcome and prompt, accurate responses to their inquiries.

If you have a flair for style, excel in customer service, and are recognized for your organizational prowess, this role is tailored for you.

Your Responsibilities as an In-store Administrative Assistant:

  • Welcoming customers and addressing their questions and concerns;
  • Engaging with customers in a professional manner, going above and beyond to guarantee their satisfaction;
  • Managing and coordinating the reception area;
  • Collaborating with the Sales team by providing essential administrative support (including preparing quotes and sales contracts, processing payments, and managing inventory transfers);
  • Handling emails and incoming phone inquiries;
  • Assisting the Showroom Managers with their daily operations.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If You Possess the Following Skills:

  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and exhibit autonomy and enthusiasm;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity;
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite;
  • You understand the significance of discretion and pay attention to detail;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • You thrive in high-pressure environments.
