Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Kincardine. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
