Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Tantalum Mining Corp. of Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic growth plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
