Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their job responsibilities.
- Food Preparation: Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting quality control standards and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
