Job Title: Director, Business Development

At Sales Talent Agency Inc., we are seeking an experienced Director, Business Development to oversee and continue to grow our traditional polymer and biopolymer business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sales professional with 10+ years of successful sales and account management experience in chemicals in the HDD, Hydro Excavation, EPB-TBM, tunneling, environmental applications, or storm water ponds industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, execute, and expand strategic accounts, SMB accounts, distributors, and resellers involved in large tunneling projects such as subways, crossings, and large diameter tunnels.
  • Achieve corporate growth targets by increasing overall sales pipeline and providing an accurate forecast of revenue.
  • Ensure all client and sales data is current and accurate within the corporate CRM system, HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • Strong network in the large diameter tunneling space and specifically for subway projects.
  • Degree/Diploma in Material Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, and/or equivalent field experience.
  • Proven understanding of the TBM/tunneling/horizontal drilling industry and chemistry (polymers, foams, muds, etc.) used in the solidification and transport of liquid waste.
  • Demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques.
