Job Summary

Fuel Buddy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage sales teams, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain store appearance, and ensure efficient store operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
