Job Title: Executive Chef

Shawarma Palace Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and staff training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
