Job Title: Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Graceland Creative Film Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of camera operators and other technical staff, supervising staff, and managing staff and assigning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are working efficiently
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure the smooth operation of the studio
  • Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
