Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and grooming.
- Stay up-to-date with all resort services and features, including promotions and offerings, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required, to ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed to support the success of our resort.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, with gaming experience an asset.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
Work Environment Considerations
- Work within a 24/7 operation, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards, and position.
