Job Summary:

Lode King Industries is seeking a skilled Trailer Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for building metal trailers from prefabricated parts, using a variety of hand tools and machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications on flat deck and/or grain trailers, using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and convert simple measurements.
  • Experience with hand and air/power tools is essential.
  • Mechanical assembly and previous manufacturing experience are highly valued.
  • Self-motivated and strong time management skills are required.
  • A safety-oriented approach is essential in this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks and high physical activity.
  • Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.
