About the Role

Limen Masonry 2013 Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring that all structures are built to code and specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, using precision instruments and equipment.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth and even surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring that all areas are safe and clear.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, following all traffic control protocols and guidelines.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. You will be required to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards.
