At Redpath Sugar Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Belleville plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production, packaging, and ancillary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and maintenance tasks to support the entire plant, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production, packaging, and ancillary equipment.
  • Follow all job-related guidelines and procedures for personal safety, food safety, environment, and company security.
  • Ensure compliance with all acts, regulations, and codes related to facilities, equipment, environmental protection, and Health and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Certified Licensed Electrician with experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • General electrical knowledge, including PLC troubleshooting, relay control, transformers (HV/LV), and calibration/instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code and experience working in an industrial manufacturing plant for 3 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Asset Qualifications:

  • Industrial troubleshooting experience, including experience with HMI, PLC, and Total Performance Management (TPM).
