Business Banking Associate, Agriculture Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Banking Associate to join our Agriculture Services team. As a Business Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agricultural clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial products and services that meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial products and services.
