Job Title: Department Store President

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Store President to lead our team at 7 STAR LIQUOR-SAINT ALBERT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the department store, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and developing talent within the team.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and driving loyalty through personalized experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a senior retail leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team development.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs not covered by the employer.
