Job Title: Scrum Master

TEHORA is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework and ensuring the smooth operation of our Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure that sprint tasks are aligned with product priorities and that the team is working towards a common goal.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and its requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate obstacles that may impact team performance, working with the team to develop solutions and implement changes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing Agile methodologies and improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate obstacles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
